While writing content for the app Hobnob, I was tasked with telling the stories of real users. These stories had to be compelling and engaging while showcasing how well the app functioned and the services it provided. Strong content marketing to create longtime users and loyal fans.

As an Editorial Assistant at AfterCollege, I was tasked with explaining what it was like to do a variety of careers to recent graduates. I also had to do so in a way that was as engaging as it was informative, creating a relationship with the audience and driving them to use the AfterCollege job search services. 

Below is an interview I did with an occupational therapist to not only describe what it's like to work in this field but why it's a career you may want to have.

Email Copy Example

At Dot & Bo, I was in charge of copywriting across all platforms including emails which facilitated an improved user experience (UX). The following e-blast was sent to customers who were going to receive a "scheduled furniture delivery." This service differed from the default delivery service and required more action items from the customer. The following email was created to walk the customer through this process with simple, straight-forward, and informative copy.
