At Dot & Bo, I was in charge of copywriting across all platforms including User Experience emails. The following e-blast was sent to customers who were going to receive a piece with "scheduled furniture delivery." This email explained what this service entailed, what the customer should look for on the arrival of their delivery, and how to get in contact with the Dot & Bo team with questions or concerns.
